Rooted & Risen was birthed out of an idea from our co-founders, Andy Browning & Jake Law, had to equip their small group at their local church & to make it as easy as possible to spend time daily in Scripture, worship, & prayer. After they began developing the content for their small group, they felt very strongly they had an idea that was for more people than just their personal small group. Thus, Rooted & Risen was born...

Pastor Jake is the founder of Project Honor and the co-founder of ROOTEDxRISEN. He and his wife, Tori, have one son: Roman Levi Law.
In the fall of 2015, Pastor Jake and Tori moved to Nashville from West Virginia to fulfill a call to shine God’s light to the broken city of Nashville. Pastor Jake holds his bachelor’s degree in religion from Liberty University. Other than his love for Jesus and his family, Jake thrives on coffee: shoutout to Adam @ Deeper Roots, Duke Basketball, and men’s fashion.
Project Honor is an initiative to give a new and fresh perspective on life and sex and to challenge souls to hold out because it’s not worth giving in.
